Sunny single room to rent in a spacious three bedroom flat in the heart of Brighton. Room itself is part furnished, comes with bed frame (without mattress), chest of drawers and mirror. There is a small built-in wardrobe and rail.
The flat is situated on the third floor (no lift) and have a communal living room with kitchen. There is one big bathroom with tub and toilet, one shower room and one separate toilet to share in four people.

You would be sharing the house with 3 others, 2 females and 1 male. We are friendly, tidy and relaxed working professionals who are respectful to other housemates privacy.

The rent is £650 including water bill. Council tax, electricity, gas and Wifi is not included (around £85 a month). The deposit is £588.

The location is in the centre of Brighton, 1 minute to Waitrose and short walk from Churchill Square or beach and 20 minutes to Brighton station.
