The location is near the Level in Central Brighton in a quiet road with no through traffic. Great transport links are walking distance from the property to bus stops and Brighton main train station. The room is furnished to a very high standard and has exclusive use of en-suite bathroom.

Use of shared sitting room/kitchen with dining table (with all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave) and access to sunny west/south facing garden with patio.

The house has recently been subject to a full refurb with new boiler and central heating, including individual thermostatic controls, new bathrooms, fitted kitchen, new flooring, double glazing, wired internet & aerial to each room, whilst keeping many original character period features like high ceilings, cornicing, sliding sash windows and wood burner.

All utility bills, rates as well as virgin broadband wifi are included in the rent.

LOCATION is 17 mins walk to Brighton main station according to Google, but I walk it in 15; (one hour to London Victoria) and local bus stops on Lewes Road, Elm Grove and the Level.

We’re looking for friendly, easy going professionals who are quiet, clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful of others' space and have interests outside of work. Mature and independent applicant with not too much 'clutter' please as we are clean and relatively minimalist (without being austere!). Friendly people who are looking for somewhere convenient to enjoy Brighton Festival/Fringe. This is a NO smoking or drugs home, but we are meat eaters! Not a party house as we’re close to the neighbours which requires mutual respect. Happy to have housemates who like to keep themselves to themselves if that’s what they prefer. References will be required.
