Newly refurbished double room

My current housie is about to move in with her best mate, so looking for someone new to join my home. I'm very easy going, I work for the NHS anaesthetising people.
I like to think I'm nice and easy going, reasonably house trained, but joking aside aslong as your as relaxed as I am, we will get on like a house on fire, as long as it's not mine. 🤦
So a little about the house. I've been in here 6 years and just finished rennovating it. What this means is the spare rooms is lovely and fresh. There's a new bathroom with a massive walk in waterfall shower that you'll have almost sole use of as I have an ensuite, no humble brag intended. There's a fantastic big kitchen with island breakfast bar and bifolds into the garden. (Garden is a work in progress but should be finished very soon)
The rest of house is a great home. Location wise you've got local supermarkets, pubs, great transport links, or if you just want to walk into Brighton, the centre is only 20 minutes away.
