I am looking for a flatmate to move into my large spacious, sun-filled top floor flat with lovely views over Brighton and the South Downs.
I am a doctor based in/around Brighton and the landlord.

The room available is a fully furnished en-suite doubleroom, south facing, with lovely views. The flat is spacious with a large open living/dining room, and large open plan kitchen. Fully stocked with essentials and more.
Bike friendly, with a covered area and space to lock bikes. There is a shared garden with picnic tables out back.

The area is nice, with an amazing variety of local pubs and cafes. A short walk to the seafront, train station, Queens Park & North Laine. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/cycle to the hospital.


The rent is £800pm, which includes super fast internet and a fortnightly cleaner. Currently bills add up to £200pm, which includes council tax and all utility bills - gas/electrics/water. The deposit is £800, and there are no agency fees.

The current flatmate is an artist, in his 40s, just moved to Brighton and getting to know the city.
I would use the opportunities of the viewing to get to know any possible housemate.
