Independent Ensuite Double Bedroom

**Please note that we are looking for a female lodger**

This room can be rented short or long term and is designed with independent living in mind.

We have a beautiful double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (sole use) and separate entrance for more privacy.
The room comes with its own fridge & freezer, a microwave, a steamer, a toaster and a kettle allowing for cooking easy/fast meals.
Other facilities such as the washing machine are shared.
All bills (utility, internet and Council Tax) are included.

Having different international backgrounds ourselves the room is ideal for a short(-ish) stay in Brighton like i. e during language studies or an international semester at university.

The room may be suitable for someone looking for a base to hunt for a more permanent place, but we are unfortunately not able to store anything (furniture or moving boxes etc).

Please note that we do have a cat, who however has no access to the room. Unfortunately the room is not suitable for couples or pets.

With Brighton centre, Hove centre, the beach and 3 different train stations in walking distance the room is perfectly well located in a residential and very secure area.
A bus stop is 2min away if preferred.
