There is a double bedroom available in this spateous two bedroom flat that I currently live in. The room/contract will start on the 15th October and will include shared use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom.
I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces as well as of each other. I am a working professional myself so am ideally looking for another working professional. I am social and love getting to know others whilst enjoying my down time to relax.
The flat is situated right at the Elm Grove bus stop so is an ideal location with links into the city and nearby the large Sainsburys and Aldi.
The council tax band is A and would be shared amongst us. The contract will be 12 months.
