About this place:

This cute little room is slap-bang in the centre of Brighton! You'll be three minutes from the beach (close enough to run there in your towel!), super close to tons of great restaurants and pubs, in the perfect spot to enjoy some time off in sunny Brighton and Hove.

The room is a miracle of efficiency - mezzanine bed, clothes storage, mini-fridge, all manner of breakfast-making implements, microwave and a small induction hob. All designed to make this your perfect relaxing home base while you're here.

The space:

The room is in a shared flat with your hosts Gabi and Massi. We love living in Brighton and as social butterflies we are always up for advising on things to do here!

You'll be staying in our spare room, which we've furnished so as to get the most out of the space. The comfy double bed is a loft bed, which you'll climb up to using stairs that also double as storage cubes and wardrobe (see pictures)!

Under the bed is a small kitchenette, where you can prepare breakfast, cold and hot food, sandwiches etc. The kitchen is stocked with all crockery, cutlery, bottle openers, and most importantly a mini-fridge, hob and microwave.

You can eat on the little table in front of the window. It has two comfy chairs in case you need to sit and work, or if you want to watch a film on the smart TV. We offer access to Prime, Netflix, Apple TV and BBC iPlayer.

You will also be sharing our bathroom with us. We have space for your toiletries.
Please note that you will have access to your room and to the bathroom only: the living room is not shared, nor is our kitchen

Other things to note:

Due to the nature of the stairs, the room is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Subject to availability we can provide a day visitor parking permit for £10 per day.
