It breaks my little heart to be leaving this incredible flat, but I am moving in with my boyfriend so it is time to find my replacement!
The flat is spacious, light, and fully furnished with a balcony and incredible views of the sea and the south downs. It's a 5 minute walk from the seafront and all the shops and cafes of Western Road and a 15 minute walk from either Hove or Brighton station.
The room is a spacious double with a built-in cupboard. a sink and a south-facing window with views of the sea. It comes furnished but I can arrange to remove the desk and TV stand if you wish.
The housemates are chilled, friendly, and professional. They're looking for another professional who is laid back, will pay the bills on time, and might fancy a pint.
I've lived here for 2 years and have loved it. The flat gets so much sunshine and you will witness all the incredible Brighton sunsets.
