All bills included, bedroom is on top floor, with your own (renewed in March '26) bath/shower/toilet. Bedroom is a small double room, and the kingsize bed has been 'lofted', to give you more floorspace. Also, office space on the landing.
Front room has a big tv with all channels (AppleTV, Paramount, Netflix, Sky...), and a massive sofa. A small white dog lives at the house, Barrett the Bichon.
Kitchen has a dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine, dryer...all you'd need.
