I am looking for an aligned woman who values conscious living, healthy eating, and appreciates a calm, beautiful home environment.

We’ll get on like a house on fire if you are clean, tidy, and don’t mind keeping pasta, bread, and treats gluten-free (this is a must — thank you 😊).

The flat has amazing views over the South Downs and is within a 5-minute walk of Preston Park train station. It is also within a 5–10-minute walk of a variety of bus stops, with easy access to Brighton town centre.

Let me introduce Luna — my lovely female dog who adores cuddles.
And I am a professional woman in my late 30s working as a chiropractor, and I value a peaceful, respectful, and positive home atmosphere.

Imagine coming home to a cosy, quiet room with great energy and a calming vibe. You are welcome to create your own personal sanctuary here. The room works well with either a single or double bed, and you are welcome to bring your own bed.

Room: Small single/double bedroom with a window overlooking the garden. The room is part of my two-bedroom flat in Brighton and currently includes a wall mirror and IKEA Kallax unit.
Availability: 1st June
Minimum stay: 3 months with one month notice either side.
Bills: around £75pm

The area is peaceful, green, and ideal for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle while still being well connected.
