One spacious room 13ft x 10ft in a cosy clean home with a female landlady. In a quiet area of central Brighton near two parks, bus stops and minutes away from Preston Park station.
The accommodation is on the first floor and the lodger would have use of the whole of this floor which comprises a lounge with beautiful views over Brighton. A TV is located in this room and WiFi is provided. At the end of the corridor is a bathroom and toilet for the lodger’s sole use. The spacious clean room has a comfortable single bed and all clean bedclothes are provided. It has two wardrobes, one large chest of drawers, chair and desk, a small fridge, a fan for the summer and good heating for the winter.
Downstairs the shared kitchen has a washing machine, cooker and useful cooking utensils plus an electric clothes dryer. There is a patio and small garden. I am looking for a working person, male or female up to 60 years of age. I would require 2 references and a contract would be provided. Rent includes all bills. £400 deposit.
I am a senior lady with a cheerful positive attitude and I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I I lived in Malaysia for 16 years.
