Large pleasant homely room

Bedroom

Room 13ft x 10ft first floor in central Brighton. Two wardrobes and other storage, Shower, bath and toilet along corridor for sole use of my housemate. A lounge also on the same floor with lovely views over Brighton plus TV and wi Fi. The first floor lounge my housemate would part share with me. I may use it sometimes during the day but not the evening. I have my own accommodation and lounge downstairs.
I am a senior lady with a cheerful positive attitude and I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I I lived in Malaysia for 16; years.
The house is in a quiet residential area but very close to railway station and buses and useful shops and cafes. I have a male cat called Sam.
Downstairs the kitchen has washing machine, cooker and useful cooking utensils plus for the sole use of housemate an electric clothes dryer useful in winter. There is a patio and small garden. I am looking for a working person male or female up to 55 years of age. I would require 2 references and a contract would be provided. Rent includes all bills.
