We are a 12 minute walk to Brighton station and a 15 minute walk to North Laine where there are lots of cafes and restaurants.
The room is light and quiet, it looks on to the gardens. There is a comfy single bed, wardrobe to hang clothes, desk if needed with a screen and wifi.
