Walking distance to University of Brighton. The 37 and 37B bus stop also in just 90 meter and 6 mins walk to Lewes road Aldi and 8 mins to Sainsbury from the house.
This is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a huge garden. We have a washing machine with tumble dryer, three fridges and two freezers, TV, wall hanging bike rack and parking place etc.
We have a great private landlord who is very helpful and usually response very quickly if we need to fix or repair anything in the house.
