Double room in 2 bed house

Hi,

I have a double room (unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished) available in a 4 story 2 bed house in the Brunswick area. It has a living room and separate spacious kitchen. 5 minute walk from the seafront.

Move in date would be September 1st but is slightly flexible, and rent is £715pm, bills are around £120. A uk homeowner guarantor is required by the landlord.

I am looking for a kind and easy-going housemate. I am sociable, open-minded and easy-going! I respect others time and space so will ensure we are both comfortable in the house. I’m also tidy and like to live in a clean cozy environment.
