Double room in modern townhouse

We're a couple looking for someone to share our lovely new-build town house with us as a lodger...

The house - is a bright, spacious new build eco-house, three storeys and 3 bedrooms.

The room - Is a double room on the 1st floor, with a peaceful feel. The house's main bathroom is near the room, which will be pretty much private use for our lodger as we have an ensuite.

The agreement - is a 'lodger agreement' (not a shared tenancy). Reflected in the price is space available to the lodger - it will suit someone with minimal bedroom furnishings only, we'll also provide any additional essential bedroom furniture. Likewise with guests - the expectation would be to not regularly have guests over or do so when we're away.

You'd also be sharing the space with our lovely cat Luna : ) she's friendly and loving, and we'd love to have someone who wouldn't mind helping to feed her when we're away.

About us: We're a couple (Aged 36 & 40), we love to cook, stay active, occassionally play guitar, board games. We're not big alcohol drinkers, but once in a while have a glass or two of wine. Kirtan and yoga is one of our interests, we both practice elements of Buddhism and Hinduism.

A lodger must have:

- Proof of employment and affordability
- At least one Landlord reference
- Agree to keep the house, furniture and fixtures clean and well maintained to a very 'own home' high standard (as this isnt a rental property, we own it).

The location:

Oldbury Row is a delightful place to live, quiet, with nearby shops and cafes, friendly neighbours who are all home owners and includes use of a communal storage shed with locked and enclosed bike parking.
