A spacious, well-lit double bedroom is available in a lovely 2-bedroom mid-terrace house with an ample garden (front and back) with a patio space. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and small desk; all beddings are also provided.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining areas on the ground floor; on the upper floor we have the bathroom, the main bedroom (mine), the second double bedroom (the one being advertised), and a third small room currently set up as a guest room, but I'm open to ideas and discussion on how we can best make use of it.

Free on-street parking and private bike shed. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it's well-connected by bus and train, with a convenience store just across the street and various shops a 10-minute walk away.

Rent is £800/month, including all bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband). I'm currently the only other occupant (owner) and I'm looking for a respectful housemate who will feel at home, enjoy and care for the shared spaces. It’s a quiet, comfortable space with occasional friendly gatherings.
