This is a 3 bedroom terraced house in Hanover district, Brighton. It is a quiet area with local Queens park, shops, cafes and buses into the main shopping district. We are located in a central position at the top of a hill and are within walking distance of the Pier, the beach, the train station and Kemptown (approx. 15minutes) and 30minute walk from the South Downs.

ME:
I am a freelance theatre professional, sometimes working from home, sometimes busy travelling on tour. Looking for a lodger that is happy to be in the house on their own as well as sharing the space when I am home. I am clean and tidy, have a simple functional home with plenty of space.
