This flat is in the heart of Brighton, very central to shops and restaurants as well as a short walk (15 minutes) to the train station and the beach at your doorstep. Bills are not included (the water bill is included as part of your rent) and come to around £100 each per month. You would initially be signing a 6 month contract which would then move to rolling monthly. The room is pretty spacious and has room loads of furniture. Some of the furniture will be left behind. You would be sharing with 2 female, ages 26-28, who are both working professionals. We are a friendly flat but enjoy our own time and space. We are looking for someone who is clean and easy to get along with.
