Cosy king-size room in friendly Brighton houseshar

We're looking for someone to join our home in Brighton with views of the South Downs,

There are currently two of us living here, **Niall and Ben**, both full-time working professionals in our 30s/40s, plus two cats who naturally believe they own the place.

We're both gay, so whoever joins us obviously needs to be completely comfortable living in a gay household. The most important thing is finding someone friendly, relaxed and open-minded who fits naturally into the house.

## A bit about us

**Niall** works from home and is into Xbox, anime, horror films and jiu-jitsu. He's also a smoker, but only ever smokes outside in the garden or at the front of the house.

**Ben** works from the office Monday to Friday and is into cars, the gym, eating out and occasionally enjoying a glass of wine. Film-wise, he'll happily watch anything from action and comedy to a shamelessly cheesy romance.

We're sociable without living in each other's pockets. Some evenings everyone might be doing their own thing, while others could involve chatting over a drink, watching something together, having a BBQ or just catching up in the kitchen.

## The room

The available room is a cosy south-facing room with a surprisingly big **king-size bed**.

It includes:

* King-size bed
* Wardrobe
* Bedside cabinet
* Under-bed storage
* Desk/storage space

It's not an enormous bedroom, so we'd rather be upfront about that, but it's comfortable, nicely furnished and has everything you need.

## The house

You'll have full use of the shared spaces, including:

* Shared living room
* Kitchen
* Garden
* Main upstairs bathroom
* Additional downstairs toilet
* Washing machine and tumble dryer
* Broadband/Wi-Fi
* Parking

There is **one main bathroom**, shared between the three of us, plus the separate downstairs WC.

The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and is generally pretty quiet. We're definitely not a party house, although that doesn't mean we're antisocial or that friends can't come over.

All the usual household bills, council tax, and broadband are included, so it's nice and straightforward each month.

* Working full-time, predominantly away from home
