A front facing room in a lovely basement flat in the trendy North Laine area. This is my room and is available whilst I’m working abroad for 5 months. The flat is shared with one other kind and considerate man in his 30s. The room would suit someone of comparable mindset who likes coming home to a quiet sanctuary rather than a party house.

The flat isn’t really big enough to accommodate regular working from home at a computer. I am a musician, as is my permanent lodger, so we would be happy to have another musician move in.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining / living room, enclosed patio.
Gas combi boiler (regularly serviced with full safety certificate)
Gas hobs, electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave, shower, Vodafone Optical internet / WiFi, Piano!
All bills and council tax are included in the price.

A cat usually lives here (pictured) but she will be staying with my parents whilst I’m away!
