Double room in my Hanover house with 2 cats

Lovely house

I offer a small double room in my lovely house in the vibrant area of Hanover. 20 mins walk from station, town, pier and beach. I am a retired professional and have two beautiful cats. I spend time at home - especially as I currently have a foot injury - but am also out and away a fair bit. When at home I am sometimes quiet but also like to play music/radio and also sometimes entertain and have friends around. My two pussycats are very friendly, so it's great if you are a cat lover. The house has two living spaces, two bedrooms and the bath/shower room is shared. If we get along, are respectful and communicate well I am sure we can find a good way of sharing the house and small garden. All bills are included (council tax Band C), on street parking can be purchase separately. I am looking for someone who will be out of the house some of the time, likes their own company, and we can also be sociable when it fits. I am happy to give tips on Brighton life if you are new to it and how to enjoy this super neighbourhood and city. Get in touch.
