Large room in modern shared home

Furnished, spacious, double bedroom with it's own bathroom next door, desk, wardrobe and private balcony in a modern eco-build for a female student or professional.

We are a couple (58 & 60) and 1 female tenants (35). This is a very clean, well organsied and quiet household near Preston Park in a modern house. Bills, council tax, washing powder, toilet paper etc. and weekly cleaning are included. We have a clever little cooking and washing rota so that everyone feels they can use the amenities uninterrupted.

The living room and garden are not shared but of course you can use the kitchen and dining area in your slot. Please note that we can't have someone who is working from home all week, and unfortunately, we do not want a couple or boyfriends staying over, as this disrupts the household.

This will suit a tidy and hard-working female student or professional who appreciates their privacy, e. g. a foreign student or someone on a sabbatical or internship. We don't socialise very much, but we defentiely help each other out and care for each other; once a month we have a movie night or a meal.
If you are interested, remember that this is a family home and not a shared house. Our idea is to give someone a quiet place to recover from a hard life outside, a little calm sanctuary.
