The room is available from 13 December for approximately 4 months (if you prefer a shorter rental during this period a weekly rate can be arranged).
The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian building and within walking distance to Brighton Train Station, central Brighton, and the beach (under 15 minutes to each).
The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, small fridge and armchair (the furniture can be adjusted if needed). There is a shared bathroom, living room and small kitchen. I work from home two days per week and I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere.
