Lovely Double Bedroom in Fab Interesting Flat, 10 minutes walk to Seashore, 15 minutes to Brighton station - 10 minutes to city centre.
Lovely room, in good decor newly painted, in quality flat that ihas been refurbished. The room is furnished and has a small double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a tallboy set of drawers. HThe window is a velux with a view of the sky. There are 2 very small bathrooms which are both shared, a lounge and a fabulous large kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher and a tumble dryer. Broadband is also included. Flat is on Edward Street, with a bus stop 2 minutes away.
All bills inclusive, including council tax and broadband. Ideal person working professional, non smoker, friendly, considerate and VERY tidy! Someone who is sociable but likes their own space as well. Parking is zone C with no waiting list, but unfortunately there is no room for bikes inside the house.
Edward Street is a great street, so easy to get to everywhere here, but if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not an ideal choice because it can get noisy rush hour mornings.
About me. My name is Sara, into design, music, films, and DIY. I like going out, a chat and a sociable home - tho probably my wild party days are (mostly) over – I work from home most days so would prefer someone who works out of the house for at least 3 days of the week. The room could also be available for Monday - Friday rent.
One months payment in advance and a months deposit please (£690.00), and references also required ( including character reference). Rent required per month is £725.00 – all bills inclusive including council tax (which is Band C )
