Single Room | Garden | Quiet | Friendly Housemates

We’re a group of four who live together happily and are now looking for someone who’d be a great fit for our friendly, respectful household.

Who we are:

Than Zin (26) – works in charity, likes K-dramas and thrift shopping

Marina (33) – works in childcare and counseling, likes nature and good reality TV

Harley (28) – manager at Flour Pot Bakery (brings free delicious bread!), likes cooking

Georgie (33) – assistant psychologist, likes yoga and art

We’re a sociable house, and we enjoy chatting at the end of the day, watching TV together in our cosy living room, or sharing the occasional house meal. None of this is ever expected, everyone has their own lives, their own routines, and their own need for quiet time. The vibe is relaxed, warm, and pressure-free.

Outside the house, some of us do activities together like going to the gym or charity shopping. We also play the odd card game or have small house evenings when everyone’s up for it.

House culture:

We value kindness, open communication, and healthy boundaries. We have a weekly cleaning rota to make sure the house stays clean.

Who we’re hoping to find:

Someone who’s considerate, friendly, and able to communicate well. You don’t need to be super social, just someone who enjoys a harmonious living space and is happy to contribute to keeping the home running smoothly.

It is a single furnished room in a modern house with a modern kitchen and living room. There is a large sized garden at the back of the house.

The house is opposite Blakers park which has free tennis courts. It’s off the main street in a little culdesac which keeps it quiet. It's 5 mins walk to London road train station and a 20 min walk to Brighton station or 10 bus ride into the center of town.

Rent (bills included) is £570 / month. Deposit is £570.

It’s a minimum 12 month contract and the house and garden are no smoking and no pets.
