Double room available in newly renovated, spacious house in quiet street within central Brighton (Band C). Good transport links and amenities in walking distance. All bills included in price, together with regular weekly cleaning.

Private bathroom for each of us and a separate downstairs' loo, two lounges, laundry room, kitchen and banquette dining area looking out on a SW facing garden.

Sharing with my 33 year-old son and I (a retiree), each would effectively have their own floor for privacy, and all day access to the communal areas. We have a friendly and very cute three-year-old Patterdoodle who would welcome another furry friend, but not feline I'm afraid..
