Relaxed flatmate wanted for garden flat (Doggy friendly)

Full disclosure, I lost my adorable lurcher last year and the flat just isn't the same without a doggy tapping around so if you have a beautiful and well-behaved pooch then this could be a great match.

The room looks out onto the garden with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed.

I'm completely laid back and like to keep a nice clean comfy home, that is what you'll be sharing - a home not just a room. This is a fun & chilled place but if you're looking for a party house then this isn't it. Not to say that there won't be dinners, BBQ's, gatherings etc. and glasses of wine!

20mins walk to Brighton Station
20mins walk to the Laines & beach

Outdoor space
Have a large patio garden which is lovely to relax in and great for BBQ's and get-together's.
