Lovely double room close to Fiveways

Lovely double room in a quiet, spacious flat close to Fiveways for a short-term let.

Hi there! I'm Nimi, an academic. I'll be away over the summer, and I'm looking for someone who is interested to rent the main bedroom for two months over the summer break from about 1 July to 30 August (I can extend this to 19 September if needed).

You'll be sharing with Luna, a lovely young lodger who is quiet, considerate and really kind.

The double room is newly furnished with a double bed and quality mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It's a spacious warm room that gets afternoon sun, and faces onto a quiet garden lined with trees and birdsong.

There is a large living room. It has a record player and a small but growing collection of vinyl and board games.

The flat is cool in the summer time. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and the kitchen has all the appliances, pots, crockery etc that you'll need.

There's a beautiful garden in the front and back, with apple and plum trees, jasmine, honeysuckle, raspberries and gooseberries. The apartment is one of six in the block, and the neighbours are friendly and kind.

The flat is about five minutes away from Fiveways, which has a Co-op, green grocers, bakery, coffee shops, wine shop, pharmacy and post office. Several parks are close by, and it's a short walk to the Wild Park Nature Reserve.

It's in a quiet part of Brighton, but if you need to head into town, there is a bus stop around the corner and it's about a ten minute walk to London Road and Moulsecoomb train stations.

Bills include council tax, high speed broadband, water and energy (with fair use).

I'm hoping to find someone who wants a clean, calm happy home for a couple of months over the summer time.
