Hi there,
My roommate is moving out at the beginning of July and I’m looking for someone to take over his room.
The flat is located in a block of flat in front of Preston Park, at the 8th floor. We’ve got a big living room, a separate kitchen and also a small balcony.
You’ll be sharing with me, a pretty easy-going French man, working as an Acoustic Engineer. I spend most of my free time playing music, tennis in the park or taking photographies. If you're new to Brighton I'd also be happy to give you recommendations and show you around.
Rent price is £750 (bills/council tax not included!). A deposit will be required and you’ll be added to the tenancy agreement (via a letting agency).
