My 2 lodgers have left almost at the same time. 1 lived here for 8 years but has just bought her own place. The other was here 9 months on a work visa from Japan.

A bit about location:

A 20 minutes walk from The Lanes and Brighton station. 10 minutes walk will get you up onto the race hill and then onto The South Downs. If you are interested in the outdoors this is a perfect location for getting out for long walks but equally good for local Hanover pubs and getting down to the seafront. Great bus services into Churchill Square for retail therapy and beyond if you want to explore. A good 'work out' walk to the station in 22 minutes! Or again - take the no 18 bus.

**BEDROOM 1** £650 - A warm and sunny L shaped bedroom - 320x285 - with double bed. The shower room is next door and shared with myself.

**BEDROOM 2** £950 - Warm & sunny Attic room with its own bathroom and a south facing roof terrace. This is a very private space. Cosy in the winter with the stormy clouds gathering on the horizon. Summer months it is bright and warm and you can watch the sun as it sets to the West. The terrace is perfect for star gazing.

We are just north of the Queens Park area with resident permit parking on the street.

The rest of the house is well equipped and cosy.

A bit about me:

This is a live-in landlady set up. I’m a creative so I work from home most of the time. I enjoy company and a natter whilst cooking dinner and finding out about the lives of others and how their day went. Equally I enjoy peace and a bit of space just like most of us.

Looking for people ideally working out of the house during the week and who are fairly relaxed and quiet, clean and independent and happy to chat when our paths cross.
