A 20 minutes walk from The Lanes and Brighton station. 10 minutes walk will get you up onto the race hill and then onto The South Downs. If you are interested in the outdoors this is a perfect location for getting out for long walks. Equally good for local pubs and getting down to the seafront. Good bus services into Churchill Square and beyond.

A small size warm and sunny bedroom with brand new small double bed. The small shower room is next door and shared with one other person.

The rest of the house is a little worn and shabby but well equipped and cosy. The kitchen leads onto a small backyard/garden. The sitting room is cosy and equipped with tv.

This is a live-in landlady set up.

Looking for someone working out of the house during the week and who is fairly relaxed and quiet, clean and independent but happy to chat when our paths cross. Please do get in touch if you would like to look at the room.
