We have a partially furnished (built in wardrobes and bed frame if wanted) double room available in our cosy 4 bed flat in the centre of Seven Dials, Brighton.
The flat is big but homely and in a great location, about 10 minutes from the train station, seafront, and city centre. The lounge/kitchen area looks out onto Dyke Road, which is great for people (and dog) watching 👀.
You would share full use of the lounge/kitchen/ kitchen area with 3 of the other housemates. And the bathroom with 2 others.
As a flat we are very sociable and if an evening enjoy having dinner together/ playing games and watching films but also respect alone time.
We are all working professionals with so someone who fits into this would also be ideal. The room could fit a small desk but ideally not fit for someone WFH full time.
