Lovely double room available with an en-suite bathroom in the bohemian North Laines in Brighton.

Kensington Gardens is beautiful and quiet, with front and back gardens.

Minutes walk from the train station, beach and all the fab independent shops and restaurants.

I would consider a well behaved dog but no cats, sorry.

Partial working from home is possible but not full time.

Bills are included but council tax is extra.

The room is available from 1st May.

If preferred, there is another double bedroom available but it does not have an en-suite but would cost less.

I am a sociable person and I like to occasionally cook, eat and play games with house mates, so although, I am respectful of people's personal space and down time, I am looking for likeminded tenants and I am not looking for tenants that like to stay solely in their room.
