Cosy, bright double room upstairs with skylights!!

Hi there, I have a lovely bright and airy double room fully furnished in brighton central near to Preston park with all amenities within walking distance (cafes, gyms, supermarkets, cinema, parks, restaurants, takeaways and pubs etc...) The room has now recently become available to move into very soon! Students and professionals welcome! If you are a professional, you must be working full time. No couples. Fast optic fibre broadband and all other untilties and bills included in rent. The rent is a rolling contract to be paid every month and as such, should you wish to move out, then you will only need to provide 1 month's advance notice. I have a cat now as part of my home who is really cute and lovely to be around, so if you like cats, then this would be a great thing for you!
