Room for rent in beautiful Roundhill Crescent

We have a room becoming available in our lovely house on Roundhill Crescent. I (Charlie) am leaving the place after 2 years so we are looking for someone new to move into our home.

The house is very spacious, set over 3 floors, has a garden and nice views. We are situated about a 12 minute walk to town and about the same to South Downs.

We have a shared living room and kitchen, a front garden area and a back garden.

The room itself is a double and comes with a double bed but it could also be completely unfurnished if that is better! It overlooks the garden on the 2nd floor.

We are looking for someone who would like to rent preferably longer term, I. e 1 year plus but open to less within reason, there is no minimum.

It’s very much a home, we all feel very positively towards the place and would like someone who appreciates the balance of helping out, socialising and solo time.

Rent is £437 per month. Bills are usually £100-£120 per month, depending on the season, this covers electricity & gas, council tax and internet. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and everyone helps around the house to keep it clean in between.

The room is available from November 1st but the date can be slightly flexible. Please message me with any questions and we will be having viewings across the next few weeks.
