Large bright double room with own shower room

The room offered is at the top of a Victorian mid terrace in the heart of Fiveways, Brighton it is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe, table and office chair and two armchairs. Bedding and towels can be provided.

The lodger will have sole use of the shower room with basin and toilet. They will have shared use of large kitchen diner and garden. There is space to keep a bike inside if needed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and is well equipped.

I am a recently retired active and sociable person. I am looking to share my house with someone who is quiet and respectful but who also likes a chat and perhaps occasional shared meal. I have previously had good experiences with professional women lodgers in their 30s and 40s.

The area is very convenient, there are shops, cafes and pubs very close by. It is 30 minutes walk into town or Brighton station and very close to bus stops and ten minutes walk to London Road station.

I am looking for either a full time or a Monday to Friday lodger, with different rents for each. All bills are included, including internet. The house is council tax band D.
