I’m looking to rent out a room in my friendly, relaxed home in Brighton. It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy living room (TV & plants galore), a large rustic kitchen-diner with piano, and a welcoming, creative atmosphere.

The room is a small but snug and very comfortable double - perfect for someone who simply wants a warm, quiet, restful place to sleep. There’s a lovely view, and the bed is genuinely excellent!
