Large double room available downstairs in my house where I live with my 2 sons, age 17 and 20 and also with 2 dogs. It's an easy going and friendly house .
The room is large with an armchair, a large desk and storage furniture.
There is one bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs.
Easy and excellent connections into Kemp Town and the centre of Brighton. Just a 5 min walk to bus stops for the buses 1, 1A and a one minute walk to the bus stop for the 21. 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the No. 7 which goes directly to the station and runs all night. Buses are frequent and it takes about 20 mins to get into town. It is also walking distance to Brighton Marina and the Sea front.
Across the road is the South Downs if you like walking in the country side.
