We’re two friendly professionals (27 and 30) looking for someone who wants more than just a room – we’d love a housemate who’s respectful, tidy, chilled, and still up for the chinwag over a bottle of wine.

One of us works in fashion marketing, the other is doing a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, and the flat has a warm, calm vibe where everyone respects each other’s space but still gets on really well.

About the room & flat:

• Rent is £750 per month. £884 deposit
• Unfurnished bedroom (pictures show currently furnished)
• Fully furnished shared lounge, bathrooms & kitchen
• Washing machine & dishwasher
• Permit parking available

Location:
• Amazing spot: around 15 minutes’ walk to Brighton town
• Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby and pubs basically on your doorstep
• Easy bus routes into central Brighton, Hove, and the Marina.
• 5–10 minutes by bus to both Brighton Station and Hove Station

• Not included
• Roughly £60 per month (excluding council tax and water)

Move-in date:
Ideally, at some point in the last week of July 2026

You’d be taking over the current housemate’s contract.
