Central DBL room short/ longer term quite chilled

I have a 3 bedroom terraced house on Tarner road . It is in a great location in-between Kemp town , Queen's Park and Hanover .

I’m going to be renting a double for one person

I’m happy to rent the room on a semi permanent basis with 2 month minimum period

I would prefer someone who is working. The room would not suitable to work from home .

The house is quiet and relaxed especially in the week and looking for someone who wants to be in that environment. fully furnished and very comfortable and has all mod cons wifi , fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , tumble dryer , dishwasher , tv
Open plan kitchen and lounge .

There's a lovely back garden to enjoy your morning coffee or have a smoke.

You will be sharing with me Gary the owner of the house , I’m a 50 year old gay man ( young for my age I reckon ) and Peter who is in his 30s
