Sunny double room with huge garden and sea views

I have a gorgeous light filled, south facing sunny double room to rent in my new home. It has 180 degree views of the sea from the bed, and overlooks a huge south facing back garden with sea views. It’s warm, cosy and a genuinely lovely space to be in.

I’m a creative, chilled person who loves to be in nature, walk my lovely chilled spaniel Reba in the beautiful Balsdean valley at the end of the road. I write books/poetry, make music (on laptop through headphones), and love to grow things in the garden. I work from home as a fundraising manager. I’ve recently bought the house, and I’d love to share the space with a chilled female. I can offer the room long or short term, pieces of furniture negotiable but the bed would need to stay.

A large screen TV is included if you would like to make use of it. You could paint the room your preferred colour if you wanted it longer term. Theres free on street parking, super fast wifi, 2 sheds and a greenhouse if you’re interested in gardening. I like to connect and share food form time to time and also like my space to create. There are stunning walks 2 minutes from the house, and it’s on the 22 bus route- every 15/20 mins into town. It’s also 10 mins drive from the university, a nd 10 minutes drive from Rottingdean beach. There are loads of cool gadgets in the house like a caterers tap, loads of storage, a huge American fridge freezer and a washer/dryer.
