Our beautiful home offers everything.

£1000 for a single person £1500 a couple but get in touch if you feel you are the right person or people.

This large double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet has a couch, microwave, toaster and kettle...masses of cupboard space can be made available if needed.

It is warm, sunny, spacious with high ceilings and huge windows.

You have access to a fab fully equipped kitchen shared with us and lovely open living space.

There is a communal garden/orchard.

Minutes from Palmeira Square and all the bus routes from there.

Central Hove and all that this offers.

5 mins from the sea.

We need the right person or couple. Ideally you would be able to accommodate 4 airbnb bookings at significant events in the summer and spring (only this year) as we booked these and then later considered renting through spare room.

We have 2 extremely over-friendly Burmese who have no sense of personal space.

Unfortunately we can't accommodate your pets or children.

We did airbnb, spare room, theatre digs etc for years and became super hosts.

We love sharing our home and know how tread the fine line of respecting space and making you at home at the same time.

You will have plenty of space to welcome your friends and family.

We have a fancy coffee machine that you are welcome to enjoy and are trained baristas, so will happily brew you a coffee at the weekends.

We love art, history, people, comedy, wellness and healthy eating.

We both run and wear barefoot shoes and we're both vegan and pilates loving borderline hippies!

But this is Brighton so its practically compulsory.

Jess is a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant and podcaster, Mrinal is training as an ATG strength & mobility coach.

We've been together for 9 years and met in Birmingham where we both lived for 22 years respectively. We moved here 3 and a half years ago.

I reckon we just need to meet you and hear your story and see what we all can negotiate and see where we go from there...

We do need a non-smoker and ideally you wouldn't be working from home or with us all the time.

We need some space and privacy.

Jess is 54 in April and Mrinal is 64 in September and we're very young at heart but we're probably not your ideal house mate if you're in your 20s! You'd totally be welcome though.

I think we'd find it hard to smell meat cooking in our kitchen or have meat in our fridge but vegetarian would be fine. We're not 'THAT' kind of Vegan...
