the room is very spacious and on the upper floor of the house! it comes with a spacious living room / kitchen area, a garden, and a bathroom, and is fully furnished with utilities and such.
i am moving out for the second year tenancy (august 2026-august 2027). my flatmates are all very lovely and kind arts and music students who are very understanding whether you want to be social or not so please do not stress! it’s is a 4 person house.
the house is on the same road as corner shops and pubs, a 5 minute walk from london road shops and a 10 minute walk from brighton uni / the lanes.
