the room is very spacious and on the upper floor of the house! it comes with a spacious living room / kitchen area, a garden, and a bathroom, and is fully furnished with utilities and such. i will leave some of my own items that you can use such as an electric heater, chair, and mirror (please do not damage them :,3)
i am studying abroad for 6 months and need a replacement tenant. my flatmates are all very lovely and kind arts students who are very understanding whether you want to be social or not so please do not stress! it’s is a 4 person house, but 2 of us are studying abroad for a short period.
