I am looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in Brighton as I’ll be leaving the UK at the beginning of May. The room is a "Standard Ensuite" featuring:

• Dedicated study desk and plenty of storage (wardrobe with full-length mirror).
• Access to a shared kitchen with 6 friendly, sociable flatmates who enjoy a chat but also respect personal space.
• All bills included (Water, Electricity, and Superfast WiFi).

The property is perfectly set up for student life or a summer stay:
