Bright sunny room in available from early April!

Hi there! I’m moving out in early April to live on my own and looking for someone to replace me.

THE FLATMATES:
The flatshare is 4 people in total. Erin & Chris are staying on who you will meet when you come to view. Erin works in a nursery and enjoys going to gigs and going out socialising with friends, Chris works in travel and is a film fanatic who also likes to parkrun. They are very lovely and easy to be with. We give each other space when needed but do socialise outside and inside the flat a lot and enjoy the odd movie night! Jo the fourth flatmate is also due to move out in April - her attic room will remain vacant for a while when she leaves (1-2 months) so it can be renovated, and then you all will find the new fourth person to join.

THE FLAT:
Big kitchen with dining area, cosy but bright living room, big bathroom with bath & toilet and a separate extra toilet

The room is fully furnished - double bed & mattress, integrated wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bedside table

THE AREA:
Great local pub called the Signalman! We go to the pub quiz quite a lot - still haven’t won the jackpot though!! really safe and quiet area with a lovely communal feel. I’m staying in this area because I love it so much. Having London Road station nearby is so useful and it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A friendly warm and responsible flatmate who is up for socialising but also enjoys their own space if needed. Really open to age/gender but will need to gel with the tenants who are staying on ☺️
