Two double rooms

I live in a whimsicle bungalow with excellent light throughout. Theres a gym and 24 hour library and university at the end of the road, frequent buses, local train station and a 15/20min bike ride from Brighton City Centre. We are nessled in the hills (and a local owl on the hill opposite hoots at night!) but still very close to town and theres no big hills on the road route in/out if your a half hearted cyclist like me.

I want the house to be an all female power house. I work as a Senior Theatre Designer and teacher so I love a creative project and welcome artists and those sympathetic to the creative disposition. One of the rooms is detatched from neighbours so could be good for someone with musical interests.

I am happy to consider pets in the house if they are well trained and theres lots of great walks around but no animals on kitchen table or sides, sofa is fine though. There isn't a cat flap but I would be open to the possibility of getting one put in.

My party era is largely behind me but I love a festival. Im looking for someone who is happy to have music on around the house but who will also keep things quiet after a certain time, or if I am on a video call (Im taking on training placement as a psychotherapist currently) and who respects personal space but also wants to be friends and find a new series to watch together or who fancies cooking for eachother from time to time. I do care about being considerate of my very lovely neighbours Gill and Kevin. No smokers please but wine on ocassion is lovely and dancing in the kitchen may follow. I made sure to get a good size fridge so we arent fighting over space, air fryer, gas stove and oven etc.

We have a cute garden out the back perfect for dining alfresco and far enough from shore that you wont be terrorised by seagulls.

The ideal candidate is the sort of person who would find an amazing stick in the local nature reserve and bring it back to show me.

Wifi is 500mbps with dongle backups and extension.
