Double room with king bed 2 mins from station

Double bedroom available in ground floor flat on Buckingham Road, central Brighton for short term lets of 2-4 weeks.

The bedroom has high ceilings, a 40” tv with Netflix, king size bed with bedding, a chaise longue, space for clothes, a lock on the door etc.

The rent includes access to the bedroom, shared kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, hob/oven, washing machine, microwave etc; shared shower room with bathroom, sink and shower, and includes bills. There is no living room or communal area apart from the shared kitchen.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from Brighton train station. Parking is available by residents permit only which may be tricky for short-term lodgers.

I am a professional, I work in London and from home some of the week. I have a cockapoo for half of the time I am here, so any lodgers must be comfortable with dogs (she is quiet, well behaved and hypoallergenic). Ideally looking for quiet respectful lodgers and would prefer no guests, hence why the room would be more suitable for a language student or commuter.

References required. Rent is £1000/month or £375/week (if booking for less than a month). If staying for a month, an optional room cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
