Lovely Double near Preston Park station

Thanks for clicking on the add, I'm looking for a lodger!

The room available is lovely double room that comes furnished, it is light and airy and has great views of the downs out of a skylight.

The house itself is completely kitted out with everything you might need.. washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, there's even a spin bike in the shed! We share a bathroom but there is also a downstairs toilet, which is ideal for house sharing.

You would be living with one other person (me). I'm 32, generally out and about enjoying Brighton but when I'm home Ill be pottering about, cooking, planting things in the garden or relaxing. I have always lived in houseshares so am very used to sharing space. I bought this place around 4 years ago and love it, so any house issues I'm straight onto it - no waiting for a rouge landlord.

Bills are £150 a month and includes everything including Wi-Fi and contents insurance.

I have friends over occasionally for dinners or a cup of tea but Im very respectful and it's definitely a quite, calm, happy home. I like to keep things tidy and would love to share with someone who shares this!
