Couple Wanted from the Beginning of August !

Room Available from the Beginning of August !

Hi everyone, Unfortunately my two flatmates can no longer live with me next year as they have to live back with family.

We split everything three ways so I'm ideally looking for a couple who will do the same.
A couple to makes living costs easier.

It's an unfurnished property so you'll need your own furniture and we can talk about how we want the living room to look and maybe buy things together or buy individual items :)

When the windows are closed we can't hear much of what's happening outside the flat.
The flat is very warm, we've only turned the heat on once since living here !

Bills:
I'll be writing out what everyone pays, per person.

Couple:

Rent PCM: £516.66
Electric/Water: £60 at most so far
Council Tax: £56 (Band C with disability reduction)
Internet: £5

Location:
Right beside the train station! Perfect access to the train, bus routes, the laines and more.
I'm on the ground floor, so no stairs to get to the place and there's no stairs in the flat :)

About me:
I'm 22, Disabled and AuADHD! I currently can't work because of how poor my health which means I'm home a lot !
I'm very clean ! sometimes I can't do the dishes straight away due to flare ups but I always make an effort to do proper cleans of all the shared living areas. (Kitchen/living room, bathroom, hall)
I have a mid-distance relationship, so my partner comes down and stays for a few days to a week sometimes!
I host a board games night for my friend group around once a month.
I'm a filmmaker!
I want my place to be a safe space ! You're always more than welcome to invite friends over just give me a lil notice and I'll do the same for you!
