Mon-Fri, furnished double room

Hi all,

I'm looking for a clean, respectful lodger to move into my spare room from June, Mon-Fri.

About the house
A two-bedroom terrace house in Hanover, with a courtyard garden. Shared living room, kitchen and recently renovated bathroom with a waterfall shower and bath.

Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine all bills included (except food, cleaning supplies, and toiletries).

Great location – 15 min walk from station, sea, town. 5 min walk from Queens Park. Near lots of Hanover pubs.

The house is on one of Hanover's big hills – you get used to it, just about!

About the room
Quiet double bedroom at the back of the house, looking out onto the garden, with double glazed windows. Furnished with bed and wardrobe. There's also a cupboard in the landing (directly opposite the bedroom) which would be yours for extra storage.

Council Tax Band C.

About me:
I moved from London to Brighton five years ago post-lockdown. I love sea swimming, a vintage shop mooch, pub, and tennis, running, yoga.

I'm in the office Mon-Thursday, and wfh Fridays.

I'm looking for someone to watch telly/ hang out with, but also who's got their own stuff going on in Brighton.

There's not loads of storage, so wouldn't suit someone with lots of furniture/ stuff.

No couples, students or pets.
