You would be joining myself and my partner on the tenancy of a beautiful bungalow room in saltdean just on the outskirts of Brighton.
The room overlooks the garden with Telscombe Tye in the background.
The house is furnished but the room is not although we have a spare bed frame that can be used if you need something to get started.
The living room is large with a view over the front garden and a sofa bed so that you can have guests over!
Rent would be your share of the £1800 which is split 3 ways, and bills end up being anywhere from £200 to £250 although this is going down as the council tax band is changing.
There is also a 5 month old puppy that is about to start school as a seizure detection dog!
About us: we're a queer couple that has been together living with other people for 4 years! I work in a hotel with a degree in engineering and my partner is a writer and professional sick girl. The house has a fair few accessibility accomodations if you're into that!
